Bradley Customer Service

I had my smoke generator mess up and tried to check it myself. I found the problem the puck advancer would send to puck at the proper time but then wouldn't send the next 3 then send 2 properly etc.

I called Bradley and explained what was happening to them, told them it was just over a year old. Anyway a new generator should be here in 2-3 days. Then when I asked if they wanted me to send the old one back she said no keep it for spare parts.

Wow in today's day and age it is refreshing to get good customer service once and a while.

How do you get a hold of the customer service? The only number I have says they are only open Mon thru Fri. Do they have some one on the weekends?

Not that I know of.

If you have a problem with your smoker, you might make a post and somebody can probably help you.

It is in the owners manual, I can't find mine right now or I would post it for you. I called Thurs afternoon and they were open then.

I don't believe they are open on the weekend or Holidays but Bryan checks this forum all the time.

Just shout out and a forum member will try to help or maybe Bryan will check in and be able to answer you.

Hello kelpiedg

Our customer service department in Canada is open Mon-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST.
and the USA service department is open Mon-Friday 8:00am - 4:30 pm CST.

I do however check this forum on weekends.

If you have a problem you can post it on here, I am sure the members will be able to assist you.
