Do you make your own?. I am thinking of making a vineger based sauce and I have never done it. Any words o'wisdom?

There's a "Vaunted Vinegar" on the recipe site, or if you want something thicker, try adding some usual suspects like ketchup, molasses, etc...

What are you looking to use it on. Though many are versatile, some go better with certain meats then others, vinegar based sauces cover a wide spectrum. You have Cornell Chicken Sauce to Vaunted Vinegars, from herbal to mustard flavors.

Habanero Smoker

I like the Vaunted Vinegar, and it is versatile. You can add some ketchup, mustard or some of your favorite BBQ sauce to change it up some.

Although it states it is good with sausage and brisket; it great with pulled pork.
