These were snipped from a PDF they sent to Chris.

And a couple recipes they included..

BEER BREADED FISH
You can use Cod, Haddock or Pollock
Completely thaw and pour off natural juices from fish.  Pour Bud Amber Bock Beer over fish until covered.
Place in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours to marinate the fish.  When ready to cook, place breading on
a platter and press moistened fish into Mies Original Breading covering both sides.  Shake off excess
breading and let sit for 1-2 minutes until tacky/sticky, then place in fryer.  Don't overcook
the fish; it will cook from the inside out.  You get that great Beer Battered taste without all the mess!

MIES MEATLOAF
2 Lbs. Ground Beef or Chuck
1/2 Cup Mies Original One-Step Breading
2 Eggs

Place the Ground Beef, Mies Breading and Eggs in a bowl and mix together well.  Pat into a loaf.
Put in a pan and cover with Tomato Soup or Ketchup if you prefer.  Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.  Drain off
Fat and continue baking another 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
*Optional – Use 1/4 Cup Mies Original and 1/4 Cup Mies Extra Spicy Breading

Thanks Pat.  I have 5 pounds of rump for beef stew on Sunday.  I'll probably throw some Mies in there too.
