Warranty back up in the UK.

I have had my BS SS model for a few months now and a couple of days ago the heater element on the smoke generator packed up! [:(][:(]

Fortunately it was between smokes and other than being an inconvenience (having to bung some food in the freezer)there was no harm done. Yes, it was an inconvenience but with all the cr*p going on in the world today you have to get things into context!!

A couple of email exchanges with John Watkins at Grakka has led to a new SS smoke generator being put in the post today..... megaimpressive!!!!![:D] It will be with me early next week.

So to cut a short story even shorter, the warranty back up in the UK appears every bit as good as the (legendary?!) back up that people talk about in the US.

And if you have a problem on a particular issue, even if the BS is out of warranty, I suggest you talk to John. He always seems very willing to help if he can.[:D][:D]

Just to round off this posting, the replacement smoke generator arrived as promised.

Big decision now is what to smoke this weekend!!??[:D]
