Texas Trash

Putting 1:20 of hickory to this then will run it a few more hours to dry it good.



I know, I need frog mats.  The Smokin Monkey has them for me, just trying to get a free weekend to hook up with him.

I have mad it like this before.  Plenty of smoke.  Frog mats just make it easier I am sure.

Your "trash' will be better tomorrow after it has had time to hang out in an airtight container or ziplock bag.  The smoke will really pick up after 24 hours.

Jim - I use the basic recipe on Chex cereal box just spice it up with Tabasco and smoke it!
