Got my new Bradley Smoker

Hello everyone...

Im a new member. I got my new smoker form cabelas on friday. Smoked my first meats ovr the weekend.

#1 smoked a large rack of beef ribs for the wife on saturday.  she loved them.
#2 smoked a large beef brisket for the wife on sunday. she loved it.

now its time for some pork for me. she couldnt understand why i needed this smoker. ive been using a wood one for the logest time.  now she knows, the meat is much better out this smoker than the wood smoker. i cant wait to learn new ways to smoke meats and to use my smoker correctly..

Sounds like you're off to a great start lonuff.  It's especially nice when the wife likes the product.

Get a lump of charcoal.  Rub it on your cheeks and forehead and keep running back and forth.  Convince your wife that this is really work!   ;D
