Hey guys,
New into smoking foods here from WV.
I bought the Original Bradley Smoker and came here for some advice and hints and tricks.
I've read around a bit and am looking for some general advice on how to make my smoker that much better.
Thanks in advance guys!

Oh yeah, I've already done a two racks of ribs and a pork butt in the Bradley and everything turned out great!

Boy did you come to the WRONG place their aint nothing General around here. You ask the question and folks be trippin all over them selves to answer your question 3 different ways. (Just throw all them answers in a bowl and mix them up and do it your way with our ideas. That's how you make it YOURS!!)
