I was over your way and stopped to see your butcher.  It was busy there.  I thought I might get to meet you too :D   

I got a rack of baby backs  but they weren't $2 :D

I was there on Saturday.  Steve wasn't there.  His son was running the shop and the little creep charges me list.  :-[

I don't know if you noticed the huge smoked turkey drums.  I picked one up for some sorta soup on a cold winter night.

Those turkey drums looked awesome.  I almost bought one and then decided to do my own.  I'm thinking split pea soup.

I previously got some smaller ones, raw, and smoked 'em up.  Gave some away and froze some.  My last one went into pea soup this past Monday.  Good stuff.
