Pros & Cons of the Hukki casings.

Pros

Looks nice when sliced

Cons

Needs the zip strip along the side of the casing to split it. Hard to peel the casing after you take the net off, just take your time.
If your a beginner this may be a challenge.

They make molds that shape, for years and years my mother use to make holiday breads in stars and daisy shapes
