Final product. 2 hours 15 mins. Pepperjack cheese.........alder wood for about 30mins. Plenty of smoke for me.

All smoker. One thing I'm going to do different next time is, I think I'll put the cheese on them a little earlier or I'll just finish up on broil in the oven.
