SRG Wings

I finally was able to cook some wings in the SRG last night and boy I wasn't disappointed.  I marinaded in crystal sauce and then dusted with adobo, garlic and salt lick clone.  Then it was off the the SRG.

The wings were nice and crispy

Made some wing sauce:  Crystal sauce and butter

Wing sauce

Some with Big Bob Gibson's White BBQ Sauce just because I cant get enough of this sauce!

I actually like the crystal wing sauced wings the best!

Lowes sells  the sheets of stainless with holes in it. You can cut these to fit perfectly

I had a blue 66 'Stang quite a while back.  Pretty low tech but a fun car.
