SS casings?

i know its probably here somewhere but what casings should i use for SS?

You can use muslin or any type of non-edible case

Are you talking smoked sausage or summer sausage?

summer sausage     why ?  since were here what casings for smoked sausage?

For sticks I use collagen or sometimes hog casing.
For the larger summer I use a non-edible casing that you peel off
