The inspiration came from squirt in this thread:  http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=19275.msg234671#msg234671

I made meatballs.  They're not as pretty as squirt's cupcakes but I'm dealing with left overs too.  I promised to post a recipe, such as it might be.

Ingredients:
- 19 ounces of roasted turkey. white and dark meat (what I had).
- One large canned jalapeno, stem removed and cut in half.
- Six cloves of garlic.
- One tsp ground sea salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Two TBS self rising flour.
- Pino Grigio as desired.  Would have used Pino Noir if I had any.
- A biscuit and potato chips.
- Mies original breading for coating.

I picked off all of the meat I could.  It went into the freezer for 20 minutes prior to grinding.

This is the first pass through a 1/8 inch die.

The ground turkey went back into the freezer for about 10 minutes along with the other condiments.

Got more 'spare parts' together - biscuits and chips.

The turkey went through first for a second grind followed by the chips and then the biscuits.  Adds body and helps to clean the grinder.  I added the S&P, flour and wine at this point.

Then, gave 'em a roll in the Mies.  Put 'em in the freezer for a half hour or so and brought them to my daughter's house.

I would have deep fried if at home but had to make do with a pan with some oil.

They were good but I probably should have added egg as a binder.  They were starting to fall apart at the end.

Now those look really good, Arnie!

I stole your idea and made a mixed "stuffing" turkey meatball.  Thanks for the inspiration.
I like animals, they taste good!
