Pepperoni Stix

Those look Killer Nepas!!!! I have that lem snack stick seasoning, is it possible to add a spice to it to make it Pepperoni stick mix ?  ???

You will have to add fennel & anise seed to the mix.

I would do a five pound meat mix, any idea on the measurements in tsp/Tbls?

do 1 tsp of fennel and .5 tsp of anise. crush em some, add mix and taste
