It has been too long and y'all got me craving a brisket.

Tonight Im digging in my freezer stash and pulling out a brisket to do this weekend. I'm going to use some Treet to slather it all up and let it smoke. I may or may not do a rub too. Not sure if it will need it with the CT on there. I've never used CT before so I don't know what flavors will mix, but Im sure I will come up with something good. I'll get the camera out too because I love seeing all these pictorials.

Anyways that is my plans, thanks board for the nudge!

Well bad news we had a family member pass away back at home in Ohio so it won't be this weekend but next.

It's sad but I'm glad her fight with the big C is over.
