only manual advance works

I can't get my pucks to advance automatically!! The manual advance works, I have a batch of Sockeye in right now. I am going to have to watch this all day to advance the pucks every 20 min. Where should I start to look to fix the problem? I did have a little trouble with the temp exceeding the setting but I pushed the sensor wire in a little harder and that seems okay now.

I got it working now. I don't what I did different but it works. Do the sensor wires between the smoke tower and the smoker wear out. It seems loose and if I move it the smoker temp changes as well as i can get an e1 mesage like it is disconnected. i have switched it around and all that stuff. The temp will rise above my set temp by 10 degrees.

Sometimes the connectors come from the factory with some residue on the contacts. Try cleaning the connectors and contacts with some electrical contact cleaner and some fine sandpaper or steel wool.
