WOW!!!

I'm glad you folks like the workbook!  I expected a comment or 2 from the ones that wanted a PDF, but not this...

I've gotten quite a few e-mails from members of this board and the replies on the board have blown me away, not to mention that I have gotten e-mails from 3 different countries outside of the US!!!

I created the workbook so that people would have a reference guide.  That means a reference for those of us that have been doing this for a long time, and may need a reminder now and then; but also for the new folks coming into the world of Q that don't have someone to teach them the way around a pit like I had.  I was truly lucky to have had my mentor!

The workbook is NOT all inclusive, and the recipes/procedures that I have in place are definitely the basics, but it gets folks to where they can make a good brisket, ribs, rub, sauce, etc. that will please not only them but their family and guests as well.

This is truly a work of love for my hobby, but it has been built upon the work of others as well.  I'd really like some feedback and ideas from the Bradley smoker group as to what I need to add next.

I'm a stick burner most of the time, I've recently built a vertical that will soon be PLC controlled, but I've only experienced the Bradley smoke through a couple of friends, so I have no experience with that type of cooking.  Can I add something to the book that would apply to the Bradleys?

Again, thanks for the response, and be assured, the workbook will always be free...  A few have asked when it would begin to cost.

You can't be too Cranky to have put the time in to making

Something as good as this. Thanks very much!

And if you haven't noticed, the people on this Forum are a

great group. They love to share, help, teach, and learn.

And they appreciate when someone shares a work of love

that also benefits them in their passion for smoked food.

One again, Thank You! Nice job.

Fantastic job on the workbook, for a newbie like me this will be a valuable asset.
Thank you for putting it together, and I look forward to any additions to it that come up.
