BBQ Workbook

Earlier this year a couple of folks here requested that I convert my Excel BBQ workbook over to PDF.  Well, I took my time about it, but it's finally done.  I have quite a few more updates to make to it, but after a couple of e-mails I decided to go ahead and post it as is.

As always, if you have any suggestions please let me know.  Also, feel free to copy other folks that may want something like this.
