Another Newbie to Smoking!

Hi all.... I'm Mike from Olympia, WA. Bought my smoker about 4 months ago and am having a great time feeding the neighborhood! Every time I fire up the smoker, I get a text message from my next door neighbor asking what's for dinner!!

It's been a lot of fun so far! From simple burgers to ribs to brisket and even some meatballs... Today, I venture into a boneless turkey breast! Will be starting in about an hour or two!
