Another New guy

Been reading post on here for a few days and they are great!!

I bought a 6 rack digital a couple months ago and my wife says I'm addicted to it  ;D

I am getting really good at smoking salmon, have had good luck with chickens and my first brisket was just ok but gonna try another for X-mas eve and the posts have given me lots of new ideas I have just been winging it til I found this site.  Only had one disaster and that was cheese but oh well live and learn lol.
