Hello and good day!

I have been poking my nose around here for some time a just signed up recently. SO this would be my first post! Got my first OBS 3 or 4 years ago and all it was, was the chamber. I had replace all the ceramic inside as well as buy a new smoke generator and racks. It cost me $150.00, was a blast to fix that poor old girl up. 4 months ago I bought 6 rack DBS and passed the old girl onto my Father in-law (this is another post on its own!). Super stoked to be a part of this community. I have been making jerky, sausages roasting shoulders and briskets. 3 days ago I decided to take the plunge and grab a side of pork! I will save all the pics and do a few other post's in their proper sub forms. Well thats enough for this post. I have to go and check the smoker, back bacon, belly bacon and hoc cold smoking and need to come out.  :)
