first sausages are done

Well my first crack at making sausages is done. They turned out not to bad, just not enough spice for me, other people seem to like it. Had six , down to three. The other pics are jerky 6lbs done six more to go into the smoker as soon as I finish this post. Oh YA Merry Christmas to all and to all those that have offered advice in my short time on here.
