What is the best cut for pulled pork?

At least 4 hrs and up to 5/6 if you wrap it real good.

I could run with that so many differant ways hahahah. I'm going all out on this meal. Doing it Carolina style. I have a thing for vinegar. So I'm making some coleslaw to top it with. What other sides go with a good North Carolina Pulled pork dish?
