Hey hello everybody.  Just got a obs for christmas and used it for the first and second time this weekend.  Rack of lamb and brisket.  Pretty good.  Also made an enclosure for my obs.  Posted pics on the post new and smokin.  Under the obs page.  Thanks for the advise and look forward to reading more posts.http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=20133.0
