Hi fellow smokers,

With an interest in learning to smoke and reading this great forum, I decided to buy a 6 rack Digital.  Well, it was delivered to my office as expected and the clock on the wall seemed to move in slow motion while I waited for 5pm.  Loaded that bad boy in my car and couldn't wait to get home to open her up so I could get her seasoned.  Can't remember the last time I was this excited about a purchase.  Well, maybe my Weber grill about six months ago.  Anyway, I opened the box and the back of the smoker cabinet was crushed.  Needless to say I am not a happy camper.  Amazon should have a replacement for me within a week.  Trying to be patient but it's hard.  I will pass the time reading some of the recipes and tips on the forum.

Dang GG! Kinda said but you will able to read more and

"Be Ready" when that things gets here.

Sorta the same thing happened to me and all was forgotten

when the smoke started rolling.
