Well....since you already name yours "Sonny"....I reckon that I will just have to name mine "Monkey".  I can see it now.  As I am kneeding the bread. Wife: What in the world are you doin?"  Me: Ummmmm spankin my Monkey  ;D

My starter has made it to the frigid land of Michigan safe and sound.  Spoke with Sonny tonight and I'll be making bread this weekend.  I can't wait.  I'll get pictures up this weekend. 

Thanks again Sonny for the starter and guidance.  Now the fun begins.

Mine arrived yesterday afternoon.  When I got home around 11:00 PM, I opened it.  It was still cool to the touch.  The lid insert was domed from the gasses.  I opened it VERY s l o w l y to relieve the pressure and put it in the refrigerator.
