Brisket

Got the point and flat separated and seasoned up.

The flat, my favorite.



The point.



In the smoker set at 225 with 4 hr Oak. Goin to spritz these with a little of this, a little of that and a dash of a couple more things.



All mixed and ready for the beef.



A little something for the cook.



18 hr later.





FTC for a couple hr with I made up some sweet bread rolls.



Sliced up and its time to dig in.



Had some green beans and taters N gravy, the gravy was made outta some of the defatted drippings.



We almost ate the whole flat in one sitting, vac sealed the point for a later date.

Gooood stuff.

It was a good time, played Yahtzee for many hr after the feast.
