heres one sliced open and before they went in the smoker, no glaze , just used hickory

Them there sausages look grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!

Got an old Polish down the road, that makes them that way.

She says "You dont need no stinkin casings to make sausage"

and she does mean "stinkin" she was tellin me about when she was a little one her dad stuffed sausage in cow bungs and she never ate sausage in a casing again.

I had to tell her that they dont do it that way much anymore.  ;D
