I see the Dog got into your sausage!! The middle pair in the front row appears like "One of these things is not like the others" The Dog ate half of that one!! Looks really good Gus.

Those were one that "accidently" broke when I was taking them out and had to use them for quality control checks

those look great Gus, i'm thinking about trying my hand at pepperoni's and sausages do you mind being my go to guy? i need some information on how to get started and what i will need.
