Holy Smokes... A Box Arrived!

Wow!... What can I say except a big thank you to a member who would prefer to remain anonymous.

The member wanted me to try out a rub they have been working on. I know, I know.... tough job!  ::) I had to eat a bunch of ribs ya know!  :D

I can't thank the member enough. It's just like Christmas all over! It is truly appreciated. The Saratoga Chips barely made it home. I quit smoking (cigarettes) 2 weeks ago and lets just say they tasted great!

It is an awesome treat to try a bunch of goodies from another part of the country. Special thanks again to the member (you know who you are) for this truly awesome gesture.

I see some of you have been getting slammed with bad weather. We've been in a cold snap, as low as -35 and a fair bit of snow as well. There's never a weekend I'm not smokin' something though, even on the Traeger outside. Although it does go through a few more pellets when it's really cold. Fortunately I have my other 2 smokers built into the heated garage. It seems all I do all week is shovel snow....
