Not much of a runner anymore I guess I will just have to "hang with the bang" and hope for the best. Which I am sure they will be. ;D

Did just 1.5 lb batch.

Dang casings are 21mm, dont know where i got em?

So i put the rack of bang sticks in the 6 rack, PID going 130*

The GP seasoning is really good in these sticks. Going to be an add in with allot of them now.

Bloom em up some. 2 hours



Normally i dont cut my sticks right away but i wanted to see the texture and taste of the GP.

So what was the texture and taste of the GP in there? I have an order in for some more of the GP so I may be doing a lot of this myself when it gets here.
