I bought some bulk packaged Rib-Eyes on sale at the store. So I had a couple Rib-Eyes that I rubbed with Gunpowder and vacuum sealed the other day. I then re-coated them with a little more before grilling. I fired up my RED and then seared the steaks for 4 minutes a side and then a 5 minute rest on the top rack. Man that gunpowder stuff is awesome :o Those steaks had so much flavor and did not need a thing. I polished that steak off in record time ;)

Good Looking steaks. I really like the GP on ribeyes
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Only thing bad is those steaks aren't at my House.

Serious looking Food porn.

Them steaks look perfect.

I had a ribeye in the fridge, with GP on it, and was planning a excelant dinner for my self but when I got home my son was devouring it.  >:(

Damn kids.

I will say this though, he did cook it to perfection.  :-\
