Used Sausage Makers Polish Sausage and Leggs Snack Stix #116.

Made 7 lbs of Polish and 5 lbs of Snack Stixs.

They went on at 3:30 with two hours of dry time. Might be a long nite.

Waiting for the finished shot. What time of day did you get them in the smoker? I will be really interested in the taste of the polish sausage. I have been looking for a honest opinion. Last time I tried to make polish it was way too salty.

They went in at 3:30. Gonna try a few things different tonite to see if I can speed up the time a litte.

My land scape designer says my smoker is ugly and has to reside behind the garage. I am going to have to figure how to get a light out there.

I got two of those magnetic flex lights that work on batteries.

They now come with halogen lights.

Never thought about a magnet. I have some large welding magnets that will hold any light.
