Newbie here, Bradley is on it's way

Hi everyone, bhaasie here...

I have done some smoking with a cheap propane smoker in the past and finally decided to get a Bradley 4 rack Digital. I ordered today and it should be here by Wednesday... I can't wait.....

Welcome to the forum and look forward to you sharing your cooks and pictures. Remember to ALWAYS keep your vent damper on your Bradley fully open when smoking. There are a lot of veteran smokers on this forum and you can learn a lot from them....I know I have ;)

It came a day early. I was pleased to see it yesterday.

First smoke after seasoning on Saturday was a few different types of cheese. They all have been vac sealed and can't wait to try in about a month.

Sunday was smoke fest at bhaasie's. I started early and beef snack sticks, beef jerky, and two big salmon filets over alder wood. Everything turned out great. The DBS is the set it and forget it of the smoker world.

I love it. Oh and today I did 6 more pound of snack sticks.  ;D
