Cheesy It Up Again

And while i was doing the other stuff i decided to do more cheese.

3 Alarm


And a round of chili/lime encrusted provalone. Ready for Apple smoke.

Where did you find the chili/lime seasoning?  Let us know it turned out.....after it's rested for the required months!

I get the chili/lime at the carniceria

Been up in the 80's here already and picked up a "few"

more pkgs of cheese to do this week sometime at nite.

I eat that chile lime on fruit sometimes.

I've also sprinkle'd it on my beer.
