While I have NO KITCHEN...
And all my smokin' gear is boxed in with power saws and such...

STC brought me some pulled pork!

I whipped up some sweet vinegar slaw-like stuff in a ziplock..
Big pile of pork, smothered in Starne's, and some slaw on a bun..
All on my best foam dinnerware!
Yum!!!!

Hal and I (and the Mrs') got together Friday night for some belated birthday celebrations.  It was the least I could bring.

I'm in the same predicament as hal and the last of the pulled pork from the freezer went into nachos for yesterday's lunch.  I'll run out of carnitas and brisket chili by Friday. And it's my birthday month.  And I'm a pathetic whiner.
