As most of you know. My vertical stuffer decided it didn't want to stuff any more sausage while I was stuffing Snack Sticks.(It chucked a gear tooth at my ear) I happen to have 10 pounds of pork thawing out to make rope sausage with. So I had to resort back to stuffing with a GRINDER!! Needless to say I didn't get any pics of the process as both hands and I think one of my feet were busy stuffing. Here is what I ended up with when it was all said and done.

They look good Chris but I bet it took a while longer to stuff 'em.  :-\

tough to go back to stuffing with a grinder after you had a stuffer.
