what is the craziest thing you smoked?

We've all tried some different things to see how they turned out.  I'm just wondering what kind of odd things people have tried and then curious how they turned out.

Well I just smoked some artichokes. I also smoked some ground coffee and sugar.
Natural Gas 4 burner stainless RED with auto-clean
2 TBEs(1 natural gas & 1 LP gas)
OBS(Auberins dual probe PID, 900w finned element & convection fan mods)
2011 Memphis Select Pellet Smoker
BBQ Grillware vertical smoker(oven thermostat installed & converted to natural gas)

Odd for sure. After a late night with many brews, my friends asked me for a smoked grilled cheese sammy. Some home baked SF sourdough bread with sharp cheddar took a trip on the Treager for a smoke trip at 160 for about 45 minutes, and then to a cast iron pan with garlic butter to finish. Probably could not duplicate that but it was good!

Smoked some beef liver. Was not impressed and will not do that again.
