BAM1 - Looks good, but what bled all over your plate?

Never really cared for anything else on my steak sammy except Heinz.  Brings out the flavor in the onions kinda like a good burger.

Pulled Pork.  Smoked four hours, added extra Jan's Rub after nine hours and basted with SBR sauce and cooked another nine hours.

I'm a little late posting lunch today but work got in the way  ::)

Some home grown potato soup with lost of bacon, a hunk of tumbled A1 enhanced smoked pork N some pasta salad



Not much to look at but the flavor profile of the smoked pork with the soup was outta this world!

Man,,,,,that hunk of seasoned smoked pork combined with the flavor of the potato soup/chowder was so gooood last time....I mixed them together this time  ;D

I am soooooo stuffed right now I cant sit straight up in my chair  ::)

I'm gonna add some hunks of pork next time I make my soup,,,,,,,,OK its more like a chowder  ;D
