Smoking some horseradish cheese and some wasabi horseradish cheese but had to snap a few pictures.

Man does that cheese look good, I have never seen Wasabi or Horseradish cheddar up here in BC, good thing I will be down there next weekend, I will have to pick some up.

The horseradish is freakin awesome!!! Haven't tried the wasabi yet...Really delicious...thanks again!!!  :)

Try Sobies. I just bought 4 lbs of horseradish chedder, they call it Smokin' Hot Monteray jack, but the package says chedder. best tasting cheese I have ever eaten, especially on a smoked brisket sandwich.

funny you say that Bear...that is exactly how I tried it...with Kevin's smoked brisket!!!

Giz...the wasabi cheese is really tasty...you get the wasabi right off the bat...and then the smoke...really FABU!!!  ;D
