Was looking at the Lj hanging this morning and i think they are done loosing extra moisture.

So

Off the dowel  ;D



Going to do 5 more lbs today or tomorrow and use sheep casings.

We have 4" of new snow............................ERRRRRRRRR

We had some thunder storms move through yesterday with strong winds and HAIL, lots of it.  >:(

One the left we have 4 vac sealed bags of 2 ea LJ heading South and on the right 1 LJ staying North (dont know if it will make it long)
