I got a Box!!

I get this PM that says "Hey send me your address again, I got something for you. I will mail it on Monday" OK address sent. Well today being Wednesday I went and checked my mail. I got a Box!! Opened it up to find:

Whole muscle Deer Jerky, Jersey Pork roll, A1 Snack Sticks, and Beef Ring Bologna. Thanks a whole bunch Curt (OU812) I just couldn't wait. Supper tonight was pan fried ring bologna, French cut green beans and garlic buttered noodles. The only thing left after the kids blew through the kitchen was a slotted spoonful of noodles. I made a whole box of noodles. Good thing I was snacking while I was cooking or I wouldn't have eaten supper tonight.

Glad the box made it safe N sound.

Taby made that whole muscle jerky from start to finish with her own two little hands, dad just sliced the meat and drank beer.

Taby also helped dad with the mix of spices to make the recipe how she likes it.

Good to here the yard apes liked the bologna.

That Taylor ham makes for a killer ham egg N cheese muffin.

that is one good looking plate of sausage. I would do the same thing but would have covered it in a large batch of cooked Krout. I love Krout and sausage. Every thing looks great Curt

Had it been just me and Momma I might have done the kraut thing. Just don't have the yardapes turned onto kraut just yet. Me I can eat it straight from the jar as a salad. I love the stuff!!

Visiting my daughter this week. They have gone totally vegan. No meat, I'm suffering. Rick if I didn't have some of your jerky along I would go nuts. My problem is the damn dog can smell that stuff a mile away. She is always giving me away.
