Cornbread: because you can't just shovel meat in your face

Yes, we do like our cornbread around here.

There is more cornmeal than flour, no sugar(it's a Southern thing), diced jalapenos and corn yes.

Does cornbread freeze well? I have some buttermilk left over and don't know what else to use it for

Just wrap it in foil steve-o and freeze it. Then you can just pop it in the oven for a bit at 325 and reheat it.
Here's some I just reheated, unwrapped and ready to go.

You can also put onion in that southern corn bread, and when it's hot don't forget the butter!

I have to quite looking around this site ;D. First time I have baked ANYTHING EVER, and I decide to try cornbread. Awsome recipe, the onlything I changed is I used corn flower instead of corn meal, turned out awsome.
