That sucks Nepas. He waited too long to take any action. Launching cruise missles at Lyban forces after Khadafi has already basically crushed rebel forces...WTF? If he was going to do anything he should have not waited and took action right away....otherwise stay out of there. Now he will need to have troops on the ground to keep Khadafi from killing civilians and rebel forces. For a man who talked about how we should not impose our will on another country he is sure doing the opposite :(
