Smoked it up this past weekend!

Hey all! Long time since I've posted on here. Mainly because I haven't been smoking much! Got the chance for some MOINK balls this past weekend and a butt. Pics taken with my phone, so sorry if they're not THE best. (pretty good camera phone though!)


Carolina Treet'd with some special rub and ready for the fridge (actually mixed about 3 batches I had "leftover" and added a bit more brown sugar)

Have a 4lb belly I am going to brine next week for some homemade bacon!

Nice looking hunk of pork you got there, the bark looks awesome.

Those bear claws are a nice tool to have, lost mine for a wile and using tow forks aint no fun.

I did find my claws the week after fighting with the forks, they were in my stuffer, musta been drinking when I did dishes that night.  ::)
