London Broil on the RED

I went over to a friends house this weekend and brought a London Broil to sear on the RED. I marinated the steak in Andria's Steak sauce and rubbed with S&P and Garlic. It turned out really good, although I would have prefered a little more on the rare side. But with a pregnant wife I dont take any chances. I was surprised how moist it was even eben when cooked to medium.

I always thought mad cow disease came from pregnant (or menopausal) women and then migrated to cattle. Are you saying it's the other way around?
