Leftover Lunch

Had some leftovers laying around and was getting hungry.

Put some Texas Red on a tortilla shell, added a few pickled Jal rings and some grated habanero Gouda cheese.



Rolled it up, added sour cream, some of Iceman's Sop'n Sauce and corn chips.



Not too bad for 10 minutes.

Looks good Arnie. I think I could have eaten more than one though!!

Beautiful Arnie, makes you hungry just looking at those goodies.  I would definitely have to have seconds.
