I've posted twice today,and both show "220" posts ?

I don't even look at that thing. I could care a less if it clicked over. I beleive we are all equal regardless of that number.
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

Don`t look at the post count. I have been a member longer than the guys above me and they have more posts than me.
I just don`t talk so (as)  much ;)

To answer the question, the number under your name is pulled from your file every time the page is loaded...if you go back and look at your first post, the number under your name will still be 221...or whatever number you are up to by that time.
