Selling my OBS + PID

I have an OBS with the Auber Plug 'n Play PID. I am going to be selling these. I also have some packs of pucks, three Bubba Pucks", multiple racks, jerky screens and more.

Please PM me or post here if you are interested. I need to sell this ASAP because I am getting ready to have another kid! :)

Actually I made a deal that I would get rid of the OBS now (saving us money and space in the short run) and shortly down the line be able to upgrade to the MAK pellet pooper I've been really wanting!

You could build a combination crib/changing table/OBS smoker housing instead of selling it. And then a combination diaper genie/sausage maker ;D

I tried to say that we could use the smoker as a modified humidifier in the room, but that didn't work. Then I said it could be a heater in the colder months. Nope. :)

All honesty I am ready to sell it. It's the perfect time for me to do so and the perfect time of year for someone to pull the trigger if they want it.

The PID alone makes it worth it IMHO.

Seriously...I do know someone at work that is interested in buying one after he has seen mine. Let me know how much you want and I will ask him if he is interested. He is waiting on his end of the year "bonus" check from work and was looking to pull the trigger on one. I am in California north of Los Angeles

Sorry all - I'm a little slow in replying. I've been away from the computer.

This is the single probe PID with the cabinet monitor and the meat probe as well.

Well, jhplak had a big surprise this weekend! His wife got him a digital 4 rack!

Here you go!

There is some tape residue from the last smoke that I just completed that I haven't bothered to take off. I had to tape on a dryer tube because I needed to vent it out. Also, pay no attention to the giant water bowl/baking pan. That's from the smoke as well.

My wife calculated that I've actually done less than 15 total smokes on this puppy.
