One of my sons called me and asked if i could make some jerky to bring down next week.

Sure

So got 5.18 lbs of LB



Not feeling like hand slicing today.



Got my hillbilly marinade ready.



Everyone in the tub, And dont forget about washing behind your ears  :D



In for hickory 5 pucks @ 150

Is that all it takes is to call and ask for some jerky and you will get right on it and send it?? I will be calling as soon as I can find my phone!!

Heck yeah!  Looks good.  I finished up making 10 pounds of raw weight jerky yesterday.  That hillbilly marinade looks awfully familiar. ;)
